As a graduate of Northwest Missouri State University, Kevin Fullerton continually finds ways to work with students at this alma mater. This year, with senior instructor Jacquie Lamer, Kevin created a student virtual agency to give students the chance to work on real projects with real clients. After an application process that saw 20 students apply, the following students were selected for the internship program:
• Maddisyn Combe, King City, MO – web developer
• Cailey Hartenhoff, Council Bluffs, IA – account manager
• Grace Stephens, Pleasantville, IA – copywriter
• Kyerra Williams, Kansas City, MO – graphic designer
They will brand and create marketing materials for a new coffee shop in Kansas City, KS, Kinship Cafe. Owner TJ Williams is creating a coffee shop envisioned to be an important community gathering area. It will promote local artists, host community events, and help the homeless.
Congratulations to the inaugural members of Northwest’s Bearcat Virtual Agency.
