Eighty-five editors and designers from throughout the Federal Reserve system gathered in St. Louis for their annual conference. And they asked Springboard’s own Kevin Fullerton to be their keynote speaker.

Kevin lead a 90-minute sessions on jumpstarting creativity. The participants learned the best ways to approach a problem, how to sharpen creative skills and why becoming comfortable with being uncomfortable is the only way to make big breakthroughs.

He even helped them change their approach to listening to music. Then he gave them homework — what a jerk.
