Springboard Creative Offers Pro Bono Services to the City of Mission
Springboard Creative is proud to be donating our creative services to the city of Mission, KS for the next two years. On Wednesday, January 15th, the Mission City Council approved Springboard’s proposal to rebrand the city’s business district.
Mission, Springboard’s home, is undergoing a lot of exciting changes. Changes that are challenging Mission’s downtown business district. Johnson Drive is being completely rebuilt this year and construction, started last fall, will negatively affect traffic until November. But, when done, downtown Mission’s Johnson Drive will be a pedestrian-friendly destination.
“We are going to live and die by what people think of Johnson Drive. But we can help shape that.”
Until then, Springboard will help visitors navigate the detours and draw people to the local businesses — as well as build anticipation for the new downtown Mission.
“Downtown Mission’s image affects the city’s appeal as a place to live,” Fullerton told the city council. “We are going to live and die by what people think of Johnson Drive. But we can help shape that.”
After the new downtown Mission is unveiled, Springboard Creative will continue to implement the branding.
