SPRINGBOARD CREATIVE HELPS LAUNCH COMMUNITY INVESTOR MAGAZINE
Springboard Creative, in partnership with Community Investor Media, helped launch a new magazine aimed at the real estate market and those dedicated to improving their communities along the way: Community Investor.
“When you invest in real estate, you’re putting your money into something more than a building or a piece of land,” said Mike Wrenn, publisher. “In a sense, you’re investing in a community, too. The smartest investors realize that it’s not enough to succeed on their own. They understand their neighbors—their communities—need to prosper as well.”
That’s why we started Community Investor. We want to serve the residential real estate community by providing advice and information that helps investors make a profit while making their neighborhoods and towns better places to live.
Springboard Creative helped plan the magazine, created the overall design and assisted with production of the first issue. Springboard Creative will continue overseeing design and providing art direction and consultation.
Community Investor hit mailboxes the first week of January.
