FULLERTON GIVES KEYNOTE SPEECH TO AG SPECTRUM ANNUAL CONFERENCE

After hearing Kevin Fullerton’s commencement speech at Northwest Missouri State University, the owners of Ag Spectrum invited Kevin to be the keynote speaker for their annual conference.

Ag Spectrum was founded in 1984 by six young men who were raised on family farms. These forward-looking entrepreneurs based their fledgling company on principles of basic science and designed a comprehensive systems approach to help the American farmer produce crops in the most cost-efficient manner possible. Today, that system is known as Maximum Farming®.

Their system sometimes flies in the face of what farmers are used to doing. Farmers see it as a risk. Which is why Ag Spectrum brought Kevin in to address those farmers on that very subject – taking risks. He spoke about taking chances in order to move ahead. Why failure is just part of the process. Why playing it safe never works. Why they need to Leap Boldly.

The 125 attendees also left the conference with the newly-minted CYP buttons.
